Internet in Education

A old educational institution is considering expanding its services into the internet. The educational institution plans to utilize every opportunity available in the internet for it's expansion. N/B assume that currently the internet is basically used for email and browsing for information.

Research and prepare a detailed presentation for the board of governors of the institution to examine the possible areas for expansion. The presentation will evaluate the many educational opportunities and tools that exist in the market and appropriate for 21st century. In your presentation you will ensure that key terminologies are explained for better understanding of the board members.

Among the key terms that must be used but not limited to these are;
DNS, hyperlinks, metatags, browsers' features i.e (Plug-ins, bookmarks,tabs, visited links), web based languages such as HTML and javascript, Data-driven website such as ASPX and PHP, Site management for example web hosting, uploading, domain purchase and other like website bounce rate, click through rate, avatar and website profiles.
