Alipay is an eWallet payment method, a secure place where your shoppers can store funds to be used online.

Alibaba’s AliMe virtual customer service chatbot; 

Alibaba’s AI-based marketing design platform; Generated customised online banner ads were generated for merchants 

Taobao and Tmall apps; These were apps developed for consumers and populated with AI-based product recommendations.

c) Impacts

- Technology makes it possible to reach over 560 million Internet users spending 20 hours a week online.

-  Which use of technology, there is cost savings associated with the offering for sale of different products by a single corporation through the same sales channels.

-  Online solutions enhances networking, the benefits arising from an expanding network of users of a product or service. 

d) Issues

- Issues of voice shopping security challenges

-  Alibaba security flaws exposed data on millions of users

-  Alibaba is a marketing engine that makes money from companies buying upgraded memberships (eg: Gold-level sellers). If you are a buyer on the site, you have  very little protection when orders do not go as planned

- Alibaba still requires use of Alipay and other money transfer services with a less than stellar reputation.
