Ethical: refers to responsibility and accountability involved in design and implementation of IT
Social: effects of IT in human life

Computer Science emphasizes on detailed understanding of a computer system
IT looks on the effect of a new IT system on people

ITGS: people are central to study, works on improving available programs/ softwares by implementing a new IT system and is more concerned about how beneficial the system is to the person

Computer science: Uses real world problems to create a solution, develops a new system using existing blocks, examines real world problems

Major difference: ITGS people are central to study, computer science: not so much

Information systems is a discipline that bridges business and computer science. It encompasses systems, people and processes that create, store, manipulate or distribute information. And on the other hand information technology can be defined as the study, design, implementation, support or management of computer-based information systems. These systems include software as well as hardware such as computers, servers and networks.

itgs implement a new IT system based on the use of currently available software. Computer science looks to develop a new
system using existing building blocks or
by creating a totally novel approach as
appropriate.

ITGS is concerned with the effects of using the software and
obtaining reliable results that are beneficial to all who
are affected by it.
Computer Science with creation of concepts & designs to produce appropriate and novel solutions to problems or by adapting existing solutions

information systems is basically the application of computer systems to every day life while information systems are the networks of hardware or software that are required to carry out a specific task or complete a challenge. when we talk about the ethical considerations is looking at whether the application of IT is either right or wrong or for what benefit its use is for. social impacts concerns how the use of IT affects every day life.
